I'm making a website with joom profile and one thing I can't get right. On this website an admin make an account for a registered user. This user get's his username and password by email and will login at the frontend of the site.
Then he see the fields which he may see. So far so good. But he also will see an edit button to eddit his profile. you can click the button but the profile isn't editable.
How can I get rid of the edit button?
Second; One fieldgroup has to be invisible in the profile of the user but the admin must edit this field. How do I make this work? (when I make a second group and adjust the setting voor visibility the group is still showing in the profile)
Third: Is there a way to make the note system from joomla, the possibility to add a note to a user, work with joom profile?
1 : Only fields can be made non-editable. To remove the edit button you need to remove it by template overriding. But it will be applied for all users. Let me know if you want to do this.
2 : Admin user can update the fieldgroup from backend. We are giving option to update profile from front-end in our upcoming release. Fields can be make hidden but not fieldgroup tab.
3 : Please explain it little bit more.
