How to integrate a user profile management from a component to JoomProfile?

I would like to know if there is a connection to the Ad Agency Pro user profile ( adagency.ijoomla.com )?

As it is now my visitors need to have two user profiles in order to advertise and to comment. This is not optimal. What is the best approach on how to solve this would you recommend?

There can be 2 below solution, but it totally depends upon your requirement.
#1 : We can create plugins, which will redirect user to JoomProfile's profile of user when user click on user profile in that component.
#2 : Or if you want more tight integration, like showing ads in joomprofile's profile, that can also be done.

Both can be done as custom work, as we do not have any plan to integrate them.
