Login fails if more than one mail recipient

Thanks for a great extension. We have used a similar one before, but it isn't supported anymore.

If I try to use more than one mail address in the Mail To: field, all logins to the server fail with the following error message.

Fatal error: Call to a member function setSubject() on a non-object in /home/mwh4058/public_html/njkutv/plugins/system/loginnotify/loginnotify.php on line 96

I tried using comma, semicolon and space as separator.

It's ok that the extension doesn't support more than one mail address (though I would like to request it), but the error handling is not good.

Btw, there's a similar issue with Login Failure Alert.
